Long Term Care Hospitals (LTCH) Clarification

Long term care Hospitals (“LTCHs”) who leased space in existing hospitals could not claim inpatient capital cost reimbursement for the first two years as ‘new’ hospitals. (PRRB Hearing 2010-D2)
