Solomon Melamed
Solomon Melamed CPA, has been working as an accountant and reimbursement consultant since 1983 and is a long time member of the AICPA and Colorado Society of CPA’s. Long known as a top expert in his field, Solomon has lectured nationwide on various topics pertaining to Long Term Care and Hospital Reimbursement. Solomon’s Med-Calc cost report software packages are approved by CMS, and used nationwide by CPA’s and LTC facilities. In addition, he has contributed articles to various Long Term Care publications.
Blimi Schwartz
Blimi Schwartz, who heads our Michigan office, is a highly experienced computer programmer. She has upgraded our Med-Calc software functionality to its current high standards. In addition, Blima has been involved in actual cost report preparation, and is a noted lecturer on Medicare cost reports.
Rachel Vaks
Having graduated with a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Marketing, Rachel Vaks has served in a number of accounting industries including public, private, and not-for-profit. A noted lecturer, Rachel has lectured on a variety of topics. She updates the Cost Report blog and is a valued member of our Medicare cost report preparation team. She also conducts webinars on Medicare cost reporting.
