CMS has stated that there will be no automatic extensions this year for cost report submission, even though the COVID-19 PHE continues.

As such, all 12/31/21 year-end reports will be due on time on May 31, 2022. We highly recommend beginning preparation as early as possible, so as not to miss the deadline and risk having your payments suspended.
